Tolocamp is Lord Holder Fort Hold in Sixth Pass.
Biography
Nerilka’s father, he is a hard worker but expects all under him to work hard. He didn't give out hand out to the holdless, but Nerilka and the other did send stores to aid them. He didn't know what were the hold management that Lady Pendra did.
Personality and traits
He is the sort of man you want to shake out of his complacency, rub his nose in what he cannot see for looking, or cudgel him into submission. Tolocamp is an infuriating man because he must always be right. (…) Tolocamp is a capable if unimaginative Holder, convinced of his moral rectitude and infinite wisdom. His weakness is pretty women, which no longer describes his wife Pendra [how could it with so many pregnancies in such a relatively short time?]. He feels considerable distaste for his unattractive daughters and is certain their plainness comes from his wife's Bloodline.
