K'rem was the Weyr Healer for Telgar Weyr during the Third Pass.
History
During the Dragon Plague, he was the first to object to D'gan's unwillingness to allow the sick dragons to rest. D'gan accused the sick dragon, Jalith, of being a «shirker» and refused to allow K'rem to even attempt any treatment until after the Weyr had finished training. He also argued against D'gan's decision to ban Fire Lizards from the weyr, saying no one knew for sure that fire lizards were the cause of the Dragon Plague and that they could be used to communicate with the Masterhealer. D'gan ordered him to isolate the sick dragons, over K'rem's objections that they shouldn't be moved. He, like Lorana, attempted to use herbal cures. When these proved ineffective, he recommended that D'gan allow his sick dragon Kaloth to rest. D'gan refused again, and his disoriented dragon led the entire weyr to be lost between.
Personality and Traits
K'rem was cautious regarding the Dragon Plague, arguing that the sick dragons shouldn't fly Threadfall even before the Plague's disorienting effect was known, and tried to avoid moving them at all. He attempted to convince D'gan of this at every chance he got, but was refused every time.
