Audiva was a holder at Telgar Hold during the Ninth Pass. She was the daughter of Weaver Craftmaster Timareen of Telgar Hold.
Biography[]
Since Audiva was not a very apt musician, she attended the Harper Hall mainly for an education. As to her musical skills, Menolly thought Audiva was far more competent than Briala, who apparently had trouble just reading the music. However, Audiva did have a very good voice. And since she appreciated Menolly's gift with music, she was not jealous.
After Menolly arrived at the Harper Hall, Audiva became Menolly's first real girl friend. When Pona became antagonistic toward Menolly during the Fort Hold Gather, Audiva chose to side with Menolly and had enough moral courage to stand up to Pona.
Personality and traits[]
Audiva had a quick smile and a pretty face. She was the most outgoing of the collection of girls living at Dunca's cot and wanted to learn more than the other girls.
She went to a Fort Hold gather with seaholder Viderian.
