Cayla was a harper late in the Second Interval. Her spouse was Master Zist. They had a daughter Carissa and an adopted son Pellar.
Biography[]
When Pellar was three, Cayla and Zist took him to ex-dragonrider and healer Mikal to be trained.
Zist and Masterharper Murenny were worried about the Shunned and the upcoming Third Pass. Zist and Cayla took baby Carissa with them when they went to find Shunned, leaving Pellar, who was ten, at home. During their travels, Cayla and Carissa became ill. After the three returned to the Harper Hall, Cayla and Carissa died.
